Penny obtained her real estate license in 1980.  With an Associate of Arts degree and over 30 years of combined escrow, financial and sales background, she is able to assist you in all your real estate needs.

Penny was named Rookie of the Year her first year in the business and has remained a top producer ever since. She has been the recipient of many awards for outstanding service, including International President’s Elite, Platinum Award and Bay East Association of Realtors Grand Masters award.  She has earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations held by only 5% of all agents nationwide.  In addition, she has her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and Performance Management Network (PMN) designation.

Penny was President of the Southern Alameda County Women’s Council of Realtors in 1998, Vice President of Membership for 2006 and 2007.  She served for two years as Treasurer of the Valley Marketing Association, comprised of top producing Real Estate Agents, Lenders and affiliates meeting weekly to stay informed with the latest real estate news and trends and to network with agents regarding new and upcoming listings.

She has also been appointed by Bay East Association of Realtors as a C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors) director for 2008.  She is a broker-Manager with Realty World – Town and Country in Pleasanton.

Penny also is co-owner of her own property management company, Action 1 Property Management, (www.action1properties.com)  which is designed to give her clients “5 Star” service.

It is important to each of Penny’s clients gets the best all around service that produces results.  Her five years as a mortgage broker/lender enables her to assist her clients with their financing needs by explaining various options and helping them find the right Lender.  This is just part of the reason the Penny’s transaction proceed so smoothly.  She is an excellent negotiator, skilled communicator and has the knowledge needed to get the job done with satisfactory results.

Personal:

Penny and her husband have lived in the Tri-Valley area for over 20 years.  She has one daughter and is the proud grandmother of James Andrew, who is currently 4 years old.  She enjoys reading, cooking and enjoys the out of doors.
